So which DVDs did you choose in the end - any to recommend?
 

The first series of Dexter was pretty good. Very like the book.

The B5 Lost Episodes were lame except I got a bit more of Peter Woodward's diction. Did that sound rude?

Then I re-watched Life on Mars. the strpies aren't that good but I like the way it is filmed.
 

Dexter has just started here in NZ - two episodes in. The other show that's just started is "The Nine" which is quite compelling. Life on Mars is annoying and good at the same time :-)

Then of course there is Dr Who. Haven't seen the extra B5 episodes yet - will keep an eye out for them at Aro St Video.
